"Of Counsel" Kenneth B. Burns was born in Cleveland, Ohio, October 4, 1932, was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1962, the United States District Court in 1965, and the United States Supreme Court in 1970.  He is a magna cum laude graduate of Ohio University and a cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  He has been the law director for the City of Middleburg Heights, a Captain in the United States Air Force, and is still a licensed commercial pilot.  Although he has done well in virtually everything there is in the practice of law, his areas of concentration are administrative law, including Social Security disability claims and Workers' Compensation, probate and general civil practice.  Mr. Burns is a member of the Ohio and all local bar associations.
